The final assembly of the Nord Star boats is done in the new modern factory at Kasikulmantie 5.
Here we install the engines and all other equipment ordered to be fitted to the boat.
The new office and social facilities integrated whit the factory together form a successful company
environment that produces high quality Nord Star boats every week of the year.

1. INCOMING MATERIAL Incoming materials from suppliers
are checked and stored.
7. NORD STAR 40 PATROL ASSEMBLY FACTORY
In this establishment Linex-Boat Oy flagship, Nord Star 40 Patrol, is being made.
2. LOADING AREA The finished boats are prepared for transportation
from here. When the boats are ready they are
transported to the end-customers by our
experienced logistics partner.

3. PARTS STORAGE The parts for the different boat models are
stored in separate sections of the warehouse area.
8. LAMINATING All Nord Star Patrol boats are hand laminated with craftsmanship using the best raw materials on the market.
4. FINAL QUALITY CHECK
The final quality check is a part of our quality management system that follows the manufacturing of the boats during the whole production process.
During the final review we check the boats general look and assembly. All this is done carefully to ensure a god end product for our customers all over the world!
9. CUTTING AND PRE-ASSEMBLY
After being laminated the hulls are assembled
5. SOCIAL AND GYM AREA The social area and gym gives the employees
a chance to get together and interact
during the day or after work.
10. CABIN ASSEMBLY The cabins are separately put together
and then attached to the hull of the boat.
6. OFFICE From here the leadership, purchase of materials, economics
management, production management and
marketing of Linex Boat Oy is managed.
